We believe our role is to serve and educate you throughout the process. That’s why our service technicians have trucks that are well-stocked with parts. Deciding when to replace your furnace or air conditioner should be entirely up to you.

Who I Am
The owner, Jim Mikels Jr. was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. He is a veteran and a grandfather to 7 amazing grandkids. Jim prides himself on the good-ole-boy system and knows all of his clients on a first name bases. He has built this company over the last 20 years and he knows the ends and outs of the HVAC business. What started out as a small business turned into a way of life for Jim. He is one of the very few people, let alone owners of a company, who will answer their phone on a Sunday afternoon to get a customer heating and air fixed on those emergency very hot or extremely cold days.
